1 lb Salmon Fillet

2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise

1 Teaspoon Crushed Pepper

1 Teaspoon Seasoned Salt

1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese

1 Cup dry Breadcrumbs

Directions: –

For best results, preheat your oven to 350 °F before starting.

To prepare the salmon fillets, simply place them skin-side down on a glass baking dish.

Then generously spread mayonnaise over the top of each fish Fillet, and sprinkle liberally with seasoned salt, crushed pepper, cheese and dry bread crumbs.

2 Tablespoons Honey

2 Chopped Garlic Clove

3 Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro

¼ Cup Chopped Chives

Directions: –

First, cook chicken in a frying-pan for 2–3 minutes per side.

In a small bowl, dissolve corn starch in 2 T milk before stirring in remaining milk and adding it to the frying pan.

Cook until thickened and bubbly before reducing heat to low.
